If you wish to return a product not due to a defect, please contact us and get authorization for a return within 30 days of receiving the item. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
If your item is defective we will send you a new one free of charge. Depending on the item and the defect, we may require you to ship the defective one back to us. In this situation, contact us to arrange for us to pay the return shipping. To exchange sizes, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item for a return shipping address and Return Authorization (RA). You will be responsible for return shipping costs.
